2025-26 YFF, CYO, and Teen Faith Registration
Registration for the 2025-26 School Year will open August 15-September 1.
Please note that this year 7-8th grades will have Confirmation class together, and 9-10th grades will have Confirmation class together.
We are still seeking a DRE, but Father recognizes the importance of getting started, so he and other volunteers will be working together to make preparations for classes to begin.
Step 1: Fill out the registration form online. First page will have parent information, following pages will have student(s) registration. New families will need to create a new account.

Step 2: Forms for each student: *The Diocese changed the forms for the '25-26 school year, so old versions are not accepted. Click on the link to open the form in your web browser. SAVE the form to your computer for each student before filling it out. Once you have these filled out, PLEASE RETAIN A COPY and you can use them for all other events (CYO convention, Totus Tuus, Prayer and Action).

**If you can only print out the document and fill it out, you will need to take completed forms to the Parish Office during office hours and Stacy Warta will scan it in for you.
